Bloomin’ Boutique, out of Oregon City, helps provide many items for kids in need within Clackamas County communities. One area of need is providing pre-teen and teen girls with feminine hygiene products. Bloomin’ Boutique creates feminine hygiene kits, helping supply girls with a six-month supply of these products. In February 2025, the Clackamas Emergency Services Foundation was able to provide Bloomin’ Boutique $2,000, to help with this cause.
